Your first lesson is a private 30-minute session built around Wing Chun — a direct and practical system that gets you training self-defense from day one and prepares you for regular group classes. No experience required.

Intro Times : Mon/Wed/Fri evenings • Sat afternoons
What to expect in your Intro Lesson:
Private Session — Your first visit is not a group class.
Foundations — Learn the core structure and principles of Wing Chun from your first session.
What to Wear — Clothes and shoes you can train in. No uniform needed.
Any Fitness Level— Wing Chun is built on principle and structure, not athleticism. Our students range from 18 to 80+. If you can walk in the door, you can train.
After your intro lesson, you may join regular group classes and train at a pace that works for you. Beginners train for the first hour of class.
